You will be asked for the details in this option as well. Enter them correctly. Your “User Name” will be your “email address”. Your password for both the servers should be the same. The hostname for “Incoming Mail Server” will be pop.singnet.com.sg. And the hostname for “Outgoing Mail Server” will be mail.singnet.com.sg.
Steps.11 You may be asked to verify both the servers. To verify the incoming and outgoing servers, press “Continue”. You can also press “Details” for each server and then select “Trust”.
Steps.12 Now choose “Save”. 
Steps.13 The next step is to select the newly created account and choose “SMTP” server.
Steps.14 Go to the “SMTP” settings and tap “Done”.

Now your SingNet Email account is ready to be used on your iPhone.

1. Start Outlook. Go to the top left menu bar and choose “File”. 

2. Now, select “Info and Account Settings”.

3. Then go to the screen “Auto Account Set-up” and fill in your details.

4. After filling the details, click “Next”.

5. Your account will be configured as an IMAP account by Outlook 2016.

6. Press “Finish” after your account has been configured and then tap “Close”.

Option 1:

1. Launch Outlook, choose “File” and go to “Info and Account Settings”.

2. Click “Manual Setup or additional server types” and then “Next”.

4. Now, go to “More Settings”, select “Outgoing Server” and tick “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.

5. Click on “Advanced”. If you selected “POP” then make the following settings in Advanced:

Secure- Port995
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Insecure- Port 110
Security Type None (Accept all certificates)
“This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” Uncheck
“Use the following type of encrypted connection” None

If you selected “IMAP” then make the following settings in Advanced:

Incoming Port 143
Outgoing Port 25
Secure- Port993
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Insecure- Port 143
Security TypeNone (Accept all certificates)
“This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” Uncheck
“Use the following type of encrypted connection” None

Also tick “This service requires a secure connection (SSL)” for outgoing and incoming mails if you are using “Secure SSL / TLS Settings”

6. The “General SMTP” port settings will be:

Outgoing (SMTP) Secure- Port 465
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure- Port 587
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Outgoing (SMTP)- Port 25
Security Type None (Accept all certificates)
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure- Port 587
Security Type None (Accept all certificates)

Now click “Ok” to save, press “Next” and then hit “Finish”.

Option 2:

1. Launch Outlook 2016 and go to “File”. Then click on “Info and Account Settings” and select “Add Account”.
2. Now, move to “Account Settings”. Enter your email and then click “Advanced options”. Now choose “Let me setup my account manually” and then hit “Connect”.
3. You will see various account types. Select “IMAP” or “POP” and go to “Server” settings. 
For POP, enter the settings as follows:

Incoming Port110
Outgoing Port 25
Secure- Port 995
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Insecure- Port 110
Security Type None (Accept all certificates)
“This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” Uncheck

For IMAP, enter the settings as follows:

Incoming Port 143
Outgoing Port 25
Secure- Port 993
Security TypeSSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Insecure- Port 143

“This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” Uncheck
Encrypted connection Set to None

In case Secure SSL / TLS Settings are being used, then tick “This service requires a secure connection (SSL)” for outgoing and incoming mails.

4. The general SMTP port settings will be as follows:

Outgoing (SMTP) Secure- Port 465
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure- Port 587
Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
Outgoing (SMTP)- Port 25
Security Type None (Accept all certificates)

5. The next step is to enter your password and then press “OK”. Your SingNet Email account will now have been set up.

How To Set Up SingNet Email on Android Phone?
